This information explains how we process the data submitted through the booking form.

What data we process
First and last name, email, phone number, the selected service, the preferred date and time of the booking, and an optional note for the appointment.
Purpose of processing
We process the data solely to handle your booking request, to record the appointment in the calendar, and to send a confirmation and a reminder of the appointment by email or SMS.
External services used
When handling a booking, we may use Google Calendar to keep a record of booked appointments, an email service to confirm the booking, an SMS service for appointment reminders, and Google Maps to display the salon's location.
Cookies
Necessary cookies enable the basic functionality of the website and store your cookie choice. They do not require your consent and do not track your behavior. With your separate consent, we may also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), which help us understand how the website is used, and marketing cookies (measuring ad performance and remarketing via Google Ads). Optional analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded before consent is given — by default they are disabled via Google Consent Mode v2. You can change your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We do not send any personal data from the booking form (name, email, phone, note text, or recipient name) to Google Analytics or Google Ads. The Contact subpage contains a Google Maps map that loads only after the user clicks. When the map loads, Google may process technical data according to its own policies. Fonts and other files are loaded directly from our domain.
Data retention period
We keep the data only for the period necessary to handle the booking, or for the period required by law.
Your rights
